PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice of a public hearing is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (Act 247 and 170 as amended) and the Greene Township Code (as amended). The purpose of said public hearing is for the Greene Township Zoning Hearing Board to hear a request submitted by Zachary Frack, 4522 Valley Circle, Fayetteville, PA 17222. Property is located in the R-2 (Medium Density Residential) Zoning District. Applicant has placed a storage shed and is requesting a variance in the amount of 3 feet from the 5 foot minimum required setback distance measured from the left side property line. Request is in reference to Greene Township Code 105-25.A(2). The public hearing on this request will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 in the Greene Township Building Meeting Room, 1145 Garver Lane, Chambersburg, PA 17202.
